Specialty Jobs at the Fair!

We are accepting applications for specialty positions in the following areas:

Part-time Program Coordinator
Program Coordinator: This position will work 20 – 30 hours per week until mid-September and then be full time for the 10 days of Fair (September 20 – 29).

Duties: Coordinate school tour program, assist with move-in registration activities for entries, conduct outreach to vendors, teachers, and community as directed.

Skills – Able to organize information, good communication skills, schedule and organize volunteers, proficient in Microsoft office, ability to problem solve and be flexible with work assignments. Needs to be able to lift up to 20 pounds, ability to be outside and stand on feet for extended periods of time.


Stage and Performance Support
Runner: Transport artists and equipment to the stage.
Qualifications: Ability to lift and move equipment, good communication skills.

Stage Monitor/Lead: Assist presenters, keep area clean, run videos, manage attendants.
Qualifications: technical skills, leadership experience.

Event and Activity Specialists
Activity Specialists: Run activities, assist entertainment, keep area organized.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage activities, customer service experience.

Street Team
Mascot Costume: Be dressed up as our Fair mascots, Mootilda and Apple Jack
Qualifications: Able to wear a weighted costume for intervals of 15-45mins at a time. Animated body language and able to interact with people!


Street Team Member: Assist with grounds entertainment, attend events, distribute tickets, post signs, assist with mascots
Qualifications: Outgoing personality, ability to work flexible hours.

Information Booth
Booth Staff: Provide information, assist guests.
Qualifications: Familiarity with fair layout, good communication skills, bilingual preferred.

Wine Garden
Cashier: Handle cash transactions, issue tickets, weekends only.
Qualifications: Cash handling experience, friendly demeanor.

Vendor Services
Vendor Coordinator: Check-in vendors, handle payments, finalize paperwork, distribute packets.
Qualifications: Cash handling experience, excellent organizational skills.

Sponsorship Activation
Assistant: Hang banners, set up day sponsors.
Qualifications: Attention to detail, ability to lift and hang items.

Ag. Department
Exhibit Monitor: Oversee exhibit area, monitor exhibits.
Qualifications: Attention to detail, customer service skills.
