This 4th of July, the fun will once again be found at State Fair Park in Yakima, Washington. You won’t want to miss a fabulous family-oriented Fourth of July, complete with a carnival featuring exciting rides for the young and young at heart. The day of fun culminates in a fantastic, 20-minute long fireworks display, sponsored by Yakima County, City of Yakima, and the City of Union Gap accompanied by patriotic music.

GATES OPEN at 12pm
Bring your own picnic to share with family and friends or purchase food from one of the many vendors you’ll find throughout the fairgrounds. Stake out a spot on the lawns for the day, starting at noon, and stay to watch the fireworks display at 10:00 pm!

*** Due to safety precautions, NO charcoal or gas/propane barbecues will be allowed on the grounds.

Food Vendors You can purchase a large array of food and drink from one of the many concessionaires that will be open to serve you from noon to 11:30pm.

FREE Parking Parking for the 4th of July Celebration is FREE to the public all day. To park, enter through Gate #15 from Pacific Avenue.

FREE KIDS ACTIVITIES:
KIDS ZONE and FOAM PIT open 2pm to 8pm
Don't miss out on the Kids Zone sponsored by Washington Beef including FREE face painting and kids activities such as a giant coloring wall, badminton, Tic Tac Toe, and lots more.

FREE Water Features & Foam Pit sponsored by Ziply Fiber - six fun filled water features that spray water and a foam pit that fills up every hour at the top of the hour starting a 2pm - kids and adults can run through them, during the 4th of July weekend.

BEER GARDEN:
Open 4pm-10:30pm
Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy live music, corn hole, ring toss game, tabletop tic-tac -toe, and giant Jenga games.

Special Fair Admission Ticket Promotion

Stop by State Fair Park on July 4th from 3pm–8pm to take advantage of this special promotion: 2024 Fair Admission tickets will be available for only $9.00 each (limit 10 per order).

The Central Washington State Fair will run Sept 20 - 29, 2024.

*Ticket booth will be located on the east side of the Deccio Administration Building.

NOTE: In keeping with the policies of State Fair Park, only service animals will be allowed on the fairgrounds during the 4th of July event - no pets.
